- Financial Compliance: tracking and review of the fulfillment of the cycles of income and expenses of companies according to the operational flows, procedures and policies defined by the companies. It’s determined the level of compliance, the level of risk generated and its gap against the known best practice.
- Financial Audit: examination of records, vouchers, documents and other evidence supporting the financial statements of the company, formulating an opinion about the fairness in which they present the results of operations, financial position, and main changes.
- Financial Receiver: tight supervision and execution of the financial operations of a company to ensure its proper operation.
- Commissariat: we provide services given by highly trained, independent and impartial professionals for the fulfillment of Article 166 of the General Law for Mexican Commercial Companies.
- CRO Chief Risk Officer: we provide highly trained, independent and impartial professionals, to participate in the board of directors of the company and ensure the proper management and control of risks such as: strategic, reputational, operational, financial and legal; to which the companies are exposed.
- Strategic Financial Consulting: Design and implementation of strategies to increase shareholder returns.
